EON - how to install afp-server

Can someone let me know how to install afpd?

I've downloaded afpd-2.0.5.tar.bz2
Created /zpool_name/afp ; ln -s /zpool_name/afp /usr/afp
Extracted afpd-2.0.5.tar.bz2 into /usr/afp
Uncommented the appropriate lines in /mnt/eon0/.exec

However when I execute /usr/afp/sbin/afpd -F /usr/afp/etc/netatalk/afpd.conf I get the following errors

<date> eon afpd[1004]: main: atp_open: Protocol not supported
<date> eon afpd[1004]: DSIConfigInit: Error registering afp://172.22.16.102:548/?NAME=eon&ZONE= with SRVLOC

I'm assuming that I'm missing some configuration steps, can anyone point me to an eon specific afpd howto as there doesn't appear to be one yet you supply afpd as a download.

Hi raab,

I think /usr/lib/inet/mdnsd (/mnt/eon0/.exec)needs to be uncommented and enabled/started also. Give that and try and let me know.
