I've been trying to create a custom kernel and create a bootable iso image.
I'm following on the pointers given by another fellow on this forum ( thanks keith ) but just ran into some trouble.

Kernel compilation was success and it created certain packages when I ran the nightly script. But I wanted to have packages for ips repository so I added p option in nightly script still I got svr4 packages why?

Now somehow i'll need to add all these packages in an ips repository but is that possible ?

Lets say somehow it is....... How do I specify the manifest files for all the packages? do I need to examine myself what each package installs and at what location? isn't there a way to automate this process?

Thanks for your help :)
